Rockledge, FL - Tuesday, January 21st - Imagine Believe Realize LLC (IBR) is pleased to announce it was awarded the U.S. Census Bureau Recruitment and Assessment solution contract for the Census 2026 Test.

The R&A Solution will provide a modern web portal using Salesforce to support job applications, assessments, and onboarding of decennial field staff working on the 2026 Census Test.

The Decennial Census is a fast-paced, time-critical, and people-intensive operation that must respond to constant change immediately without disruption to the employee or Decennial operations. For the Decennial Census, temporary employees are recruited in the millions, hired and rehired in the hundreds of thousands, and terminated throughout a multiyear period that peaks over 6 months.

The FedRAMP SaaS solution will streamline the application and onboarding processes for Census' intermittent temporary employees allowing them to leverage electronic forms, use digital signatures, and understand their present status and actions through a unified portal. It will provide functions for recruiting, assessing, interviewing, scheduling, and providing status/notifications during the onboarding process. The solution will also provide a management portal, dashboards, and status reporting from recruiting to onboarding.

'IBR is thrilled to partner with the U.S. Census Bureau on the Recruitment and Assessment solution supporting Census 2026 Test,' said David Chafin, CEO of IBR. 'Together, we will leverage modern technology to streamline recruiting and onboarding processes, enabling Census to quickly meet its mission-critical objectives now and prepare for the transformative opportunities ahead.'

IBR's focus on automation and innovation ensures that Census can rapidly adapt to changing needs cost-effectively and securely with operational resilience. This implementation will enable Census to quickly meet the requirements for the 2026 Census Test as well as fully explore the potential agility, scalability, and cost-efficiency of the solution in preparation for the 2030 Decennial Census.
