This guide helps federal, state and local agencies learn how to use the President's roadmap for Customer Experience (CX) to drive measurable outcomes. IBR's Human Centered Design Lead, Frank Lacson, describes how IBR and partner Liferay used Agile CX to provide the Navy with modernized one-stop access to online human resources, education and training to meet the Navy's performance requirements. The user-friendly, personalized digital experience platform developed by IBR and Liferay replaced stove-piped, unwieldy legacy systems and now seamlessly supports 870,000 Navy service members as they move from one command to another.
